Being a member of the

 Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors

 enables me to offer you a market leading cost effective

Energy Performance Certificate.

This will become your intellectual property when payment is received

and enables you to market your home yourself if you wish, or if you engage an Estate Agent or other agent to act on your behalf the EPC is already available and 'middle men' fees are avoided.

Costs are:-

Energy Performance Certificates are from £45-00 depending on size of property, for both private sales and rental properties, although discounts for rental portfolios.
